Parking

All parking is complimentary at La Costa!

We offer private attached garages with automatic door openers.

Overnight guests must follow the instructions to register their vehicle at www.apartmentpermits.com/guest. Enforcement hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please contact our office with any additional questions about vehicle registration.

Parking at La Costa Apartments is available on a first come, first served basis.

At La Costa Apartments, we allow up to 1 vehicle per household.

Motorcycles must be parked in regular parking spaces.

Visitor parking is marked and located throughout the community.

Services

Yes, we offer an on-call courtesy officer for after-hours noise complaints. To request assistance, call the office number and follow the prompts to leave a voicemail with your complaint details, apartment number, and phone number. The courtesy officer will receive your message and respond as soon as possible.

Amenities

Our apartments feature patio storage and private attached garages.

Yes, we offer corporate apartments. Please contact the leasing office for more details.

No, La Costa Apartments does not offer furnished homes at this time.

Yes, we have a 24-hour fitness center available for resident use.

Neighborhood

Our community offers Level 2 EV charging stations. You can also visit https://afdc.energy.gov/fuels/electricity-locations to locate nearby charging stations.

The closest schools to our community are Gulledge Elementary, Robinson Middle, and Jasper High. Other schools include The University of Texas at Dallas and UNT at Frisco.

Lease

Yes. Residents must obtain and maintain renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage during the term of their lease. If the resident has an pet, their policy must cover pets and animal bites. If the resident does not have renter’s insurance, they may contact ResidentShield, a leading insurance company that offers high quality, low cost insurance protection to residents of our community. More detailed information about ResidentShield can be found at www.residentshield.com or by calling a licensed agent at (800) 566-1186.

Residents also have the option to get coverage through a different third party provider. If a resident elects to obtain coverage from another insurance carrier, they will be required to provide the declarations page for their policy, including the name of their insurance company, the policy number, the effective and expiration dates of the policy and ensure that our property and information below is listed as an Additional Interested Party on the policy:

If we do not receive an updated Renter's Insurance Policy, the resident will be enrolled in our Master Insurance Policy and will have a recurring monthly lease charge to cover the home only. This policy does not insure your personal property within the home.

Our shortest lease terms start at 1 month.

Our lease terms range from 1 - 15 months.

Pets

No, exotic pets are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, livestock, poisonous reptiles, amphibians or fish, snakes, birds of prey, insects, arachnids, and rodents (except for hamsters, guinea pigs or gerbils.)

We allow 3 pets per household.
