Pets - Max 2 Allowed

Pet Deposit: $100 per pet

One-time Pet Fee: $300 per pet

Monthly Pet Rent: $20 per pet

Documentation of up to date shot records, sign animal addendum to include name, type, color, weight of each animal is required.

Cats and dogs are welcome! Weight limit is 100lbs per pet.

Restricted breeds: Doberman, Pit Bull, Chow, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, American Eskimo, Staffordshire Terrier
